Joseph Markson to co-present at upcoming OACP Labour Conference

Joseph Markson and Stephen Leach will jointly present the panel “The OIPRD Experience Under the Old and New PSA” at this year’s Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) Labour Conference.

The conference brings together police leaders and executives to discuss various legal, human rights, accommodation, and workplace issues facing law enforcement organizations today. Markson Law secures favourable outcome in matter involving Niagara police officer

All charges have been stayed against a police officer of the Niagara Regional Police Service at the request of the Crown after the credibility of the Crown’s key witness was called into question.
